Management Consultant

Location: Singapore (Hybrid / On-site)

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our Singapore practice. In this role, you will collaborate with clients across industriesincluding financial services, technology, healthcare, and consumer goodsto solve complex business challenges and deliver strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Support business strategy design, organizational restructuring, and transformation projects.
• Deliver operational excellence and performance improvement recommendations.
• Prepare and present business cases, reports, and executive presentations.
• Partner with clients leadership teams to drive change management and sustainable results.
• Contribute to thought leadership, frameworks, and internal capability building.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 25 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation projects (Big 4 or MBB experience is highly valued).
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics or visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or regional languages is a plus.
