Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance reviews to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
• Monitor KPIs, track progress of strategic initiatives, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate and lead meetings, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project goals.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of tasks.
• Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive corporate data appropriately.
• Oversee or support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in business management, consulting, or a similar executive support role.
• Experience with project coordination or strategic planning is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge of project management or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
