Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and deploy emerging AI AEC tools
- Process Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM Models data for productivity gain.
- Create automated reporting dashboards (Tableau) that integrate BIM data with AI insights for executive decision-making.
- Apply BI and AI models to project data to gain productivity in delivery of BIM projects.
- Use AI-based automated rule checking to verify model data with project BIM specifications.
- Develop and maintain 4D master program tracking (linking BIM to time)
Job Requirements
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in BIM field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Familiar and well-versed in BIM Tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Tableau, AI Tools (e.g. Claude)
