We are seeking a highly driven and technically curious Solutions Architect to support a fast-growing B2B product focused on location intelligence services. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and enterprise clients, playing a critical part in ensuring seamless product delivery and successful partner integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key bridge between enterprise partners, product, and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation of B2B solutions
- Manage end-to-end delivery of partner requirements by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and proactively resolving blockers across cross-functional teams
- Drive seamless onboarding experiences for clients by coordinating data-sharing processes, supporting API integrations, and providing clear technical guidance throughout implementation
- Analyse partner usage data and performance metrics to identify trends, validate business models, and generate insights that support product and commercial decision-making
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries to communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives by developing technical materials, enabling internal teams with product knowledge, and ensuring readiness for new feature rollouts
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Technical Project Coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., for documentation, prototyping, or automation)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
