Job Summary
GB Global seeks a skilled Valuer to assess property market values and provide expert advice, supporting clients in their real estate requirements in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property inspections to assess conditions and gather relevant data
- Analyse local market trends and property data to produce accurate valuation estimates
- Apply various appraisal methods including sales comparison, income, and cost approaches to determine property values
- Prepare detailed valuation reports with comprehensive property descriptions and photographs
- Perform due diligence to verify property details for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Deliver high-quality valuation assignments within deadlines, adhering to valuation standards and client instructions
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in valuation techniques and real estate financial modelling to support accurate property assessments
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and relevance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex valuation tasks under pressure
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams and external clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- High attention to detail to ensure error-free and precise valuation reports
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate or related field
