Job Summary
You will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts by developing strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with business needs
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and define job specifications
- Utilize diverse recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records
- Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with Singapore employment laws and company policies
- Build and sustain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand talent pipelines
Required competencies and certifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
