Location: Pioneer (Transport provided)

Salary: S$2,400-S$3,500 basic

Working Hours:

• 7.30am - 5.00pm OR 7.30pm - 5.00am (rotating shift every 2 weeks)

• Night shift allowance: $14 per night

About the Role

A V&D Inspector ensures aerospace components meet strict quality and engineering standards. You will perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished parts to ensure full compliance with specifications and prevent non-conforming products from progressing in the production line.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections and precise dimensional measurements based on work instructions and quality plans

• Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

• Ensure all parts meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements

• Identify and segregate non-conforming parts

• Maintain accurate inspection records, documentation, and traceability

• Support engineering and quality teams with data collection and audit preparation

• Follow strict compliance to quality management systems and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred

• Familiar with measuring tools and basic GD&T knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions strictly
