Aero Engine Component Maintenance Technician (High Pressure Waterjet Machinist)

Job Responsibilities:

. Ability to operate High Pressure Waterjet machine to remove metal sprays coatings from aero engine components in accordance with the requirements & instructions of Rolls-Royce Engine Manuals

. Setting up, operating, and performing routine machine maintenance of High Pressure Waterjet Machine

. Familiar in setting and control of different parameters for the validation of process

. Familiar in using different precision measuring instruments for dimensional inspection

. Troubleshooting any issues that arise

. Understand and strict adherence to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

. Health & Safety practices (E.g. Personnel Protection Equipment, Fixture and Tooling storage)

Requirements:

. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in operation of High Pressure Waterjet machine

. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or related disciplines

. Able to interpret engineering drawings

. Good command of written English and engineering analytical skill

. Willing to take day and night roster shifts
