UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Research & Service Designer / UX/UI Designer to support the discovery and design phase of a large-scale digital transformation project.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather requirements.
• Define user personas, customer journeys, and success metrics.
• Perform usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and benchmark analysis.
• Develop information architecture, user flows, and wireframes.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Present insights, recommendations, and design solutions to project teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX/UI Design.
• Strong experience in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in large-scale website redesign or digital transformation projects is preferred.
