UX Researcher and Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with agency teams to understand how they form ideas, gather information and define requirements for digital products
• Map the full process from business idea to defined requirement, and spot where teams get stuck, lose information or diverge
• Find patterns, pain points and unmet needs across teams, and turn them into clear insights
• Turn findings into design principles and requirements for a supporting tool or agent
• Prototype and test process ideas to check if they help teams reach buildable clarity
• Run workshops to frame problems, align stakeholders and test early concepts

Requirements

• 2+ years in service design, UX research or product discovery, with experience in unclear problem spaces
• Strong generative research and synthesis skills, able to turn messy inputs into structured insight
• Comfortable designing for process and workflow problems, not just interfaces
• Confident in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Able to work independently in an early stage 0 to 1 setting where the end product is not yet defined
• Nice to have: interest in or exposure to AI assisted tools or agents
