Job Responsibilities

Conduct user research and discovery with agency teams to understand current processes, needs and challenges.
Map end-to-end workflows from initial business ideas to defined requirements, identifying gaps, friction points and unmet needs.
Synthesise research findings into actionable insights, design principles and requirements.
Develop and test prototypes or process improvements to validate concepts and solutions.
Facilitate workshops to define problems, align stakeholders and gather feedback.
Work with stakeholders to translate research findings into practical digital product and service solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in UX research, service design, product discovery or related fields.
Strong experience in generative research, synthesis and working with ambiguous problem spaces.
Comfortable designing for processes and workflows, beyond user interface design.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Able to work independently in exploratory 0-to-1 projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience or interest in AI-assisted tools or AI agents is an advantage.
