User Experience Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior UX Designer to work across multiple products within our service ecosystem. You will create coherent, consistent user experiences while delivering high-quality design for individual products. This role involves rotating between related systems (e.g., case management, disbursement platforms, early childhood tools) to ensure consistency across all service pillars.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience across diverse product types
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process across at least 5 different products or systems
• Expert-level Figma proficiency with experience in component-based design
• Ability to balance individual product delivery with broader design system thinking
• Strong collaboration skills with developers and cross-functional teams
• Experience in user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry.
