Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design across multiple digital products, from discovery through delivery.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and consistent experiences aligned with service outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical design solutions.
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry) to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and component libraries in Figma.
- Balance immediate product delivery needs with long-term design system and ecosystem thinking.
- Advocate for user-centred design practices across teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience across diverse product types.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes across at least 5 products/systems (portfolio required).
- Expert proficiency in Figma and component-based, scalable design systems.
- Experience designing within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven experience in user research and usability testing.
