Brief Job Description Key Responsibilities:
. Provide first-level technical support for desktop computing environment, including hardware, software, and peripherals troubleshooting
. Follow and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various technical support scenarios and change management processes
. Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities, incidents, and resolutions on designated platforms
. Handle user requests and incidents through email communication, ensuring proper tracking and timely updates
. Support end-user computing device (EUCD) compliance and management, including asset tracking and security policies
. Process administrative paperwork for IT equipment deployment, replacement, and disposal
. Generate regular reports on support metrics and incident resolution status
Required Skills:
. Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
. Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
. Excellent documentation and administrative skills
. Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
. Basic understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements
