Execute UI/UX design for promotion-related features across Pay-Later and Loan products (e.g., welcome gift modules, campaign tiles, promotional banners, cross-sell elements).
Update or create promotional modules across multiple landing pages and user touchpoints.
Own end-to-end UI/UX design for Investment products, including adapting existing flows for new markets using established patterns.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Development stakeholders to clarify requirements, define user journeys, and ensure alignment.
Apply the existing UI/UX Design System and Marketing guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.
Manage fluctuating workloads, especially during peak promotion periods.
Provide clear communication and rationale when handling ambiguous or conflicting stakeholder requests.
Prepare detailed and developer-ready handovers in Figma.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong visual/UI design skills and familiarity with design systems.
Ability to work independently across multiple product areas.
Comfortable handling shifting priorities and multiple concurrent tasks.
Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with PMs and business stakeholders.
Experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage, but not required.
