As the UX/UI Strategy Lead, you will spearhead a 2-year, high-impact transformation project, responsible for the end-to-end UX and UI transformation of KrisShop.com, with a strong mobile-first focus.
This role goes beyond traditional UX leadership - you will shape future-ready, AI-enabled and agent-driven commerce experiences, reimagining how customers discover, decide, and transact in an increasingly intelligent and personalized digital ecosystem.

Job Description
- Shape and communicate a clear UX vision and strategy for KrisShop across web and mobile, incorporating AI-driven and agent-enabled commerce experiences, and translating business goals into customer-centric experience roadmaps and actionable design principles.
- Lead and synthesize user research through discovery workshops, focus groups, journey mapping, analytics, and stakeholder/customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Reimagine and design next-generation commerce journeys (discovery, recommendation, checkout, loyalty), including opportunities leveraging AI, automation, and conversational or agent-based interfaces.
- Develop the strategic blueprint for redesigning core customer flows (discovery, checkout, loyalty), including information architecture and key experience concepts, and collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate these into detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design elements.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data/AI teams, Marketing, and Loyalty teams to align on priorities and deliverables facilitate workshops and presentations to engage stakeholders, gather input, and drive consensus on UX direction and solutions.
- Define UX success metrics, support A/B testing, and establish a process for ongoing user feedback and optimization, including experimentation with AI-driven personalization and recommendations.
- Develop and document practical UX guidelines, processes, and recommendations to support future team growth and continuity, including principles for AI-integrated user experiences.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in UX, Product Design, or UX Strategy, with a strong track record leading end-to-end UX for e-commerce or transactional digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale redesigns, from strategic vision to hands-on execution (journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes).
- Strong understanding of emerging digital experience trends, including AI-powered UX, personalization, and agentic commerce models, with the ability to translate these into practical product and design strategies.
- Experience designing or working on AI-enabled features (e.g., recommendation engines, chatbots, conversational UX, automation flows) is highly preferred.
- Expertise in information architecture, journey mapping, user research, navigation design and understands how UX impacts business metrics like conversion, revenue, and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills able to present to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including articulating future-state UX concepts and innovation opportunities.
- Proficient with modern UX/design and analytics tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience in e-commerce, travel retail, loyalty, omni-channel, or mobile-first market is a plus.
- Experience setting up or scaling a UX function within a Digital Technology team and in collaboration with frontend developers is advantageous.
