UI/UX Designer (UI/UX & Conversion-Focused)

Margin Wheeler is expanding, and we are looking for a high-calibre, detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our team.

This is not a typical design role. It is a performance-driven, execution-focused role that requires strong ownership, precision, and the ability to design high-converting, user-centric web experiences that directly impact business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages, websites, and digital funnels for our brands (e.g. Margin Wheeler, Swiftly)
• Optimise UI/UX with a strong focus on conversion rate (CRO) and user behaviour
• Translate business goals into clear, intuitive, and effective web designs
• Work closely with marketing and management to refine messaging, layout, and user flow
• Continuously test and improve designs based on performance data and insights
• Ensure consistency in branding, design systems, and user experience across all digital touchpoints
• Stay updated on modern design trends, UX principles, and high-performing web patterns

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, websites, or conversion-focused designs
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX principles, and conversion optimisation
• Ability to think beyond aesthetics and design with business outcomes in mind
• High attention to detail, with strong ownership over work quality
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Bonus (not required but advantageous):

• Experience with A/B testing or CRO tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or working with developers
• Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or service-based businesses

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
