We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, observations, and usability testing to uncover insights and pain points.
- Translate findings into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops, problem-framing sessions, and ideation activities with stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define problems and iterate solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Design or related field
- Min 5 years experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Figma, Miro, and research/testing tools
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
