Job Description



In this role you will support the Head of Trustee Services in managing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality trust solutions. This role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence and strengthening client relationships as part of the financial offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Trust Management

  • Serve as the Resident Manager in accordance with the Trust Companies Act and MAS licensing requirements.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory duties (Regulation 10) and fit and proper standards
  • Oversee accurate and timely reporting to MAS and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, as well as business introducers.
  • Support client onboarding and the development of tailored trust structures.
  • Manage client portfolios in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain high service levels and contribute to business development.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to MAS regulations, FATCA, CRS, and internal compliance frameworks.
  • Supervise KYC/AML processes, due diligence, and periodic reviews.
  • Promote strong governance and internal controls.
  • Maintain and update trust administration policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • STEP qualification (TEP) preferred; experience in compliance is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years&apos experience in trust, banking, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of the Trust Companies Act and regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
