Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and related structures.
- Handle the day-to-day administration of trust accounts, including payments, distributions, and asset management.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and professional advisors to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trust records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including AML/CFT requirements.
- Prepare reports, minutes, and other documentation for trust meetings.
- Support senior trust officers and management with ad-hoc projects or client requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of trust structures, estate planning, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration systems.
- Relevant certifications such as STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification would be an advantage.
