Filing and handling of paperwork relating to trust legal documents, including but not limited to new trust set up
documents and drafting of related onshore/offshore company and trust resolutions;Conduct KYC checks on trust related parties;
Stayed updated on laws and regulations related to trust and tax;
Complete all other ad hoc assignments in timely manner.
Must possess valid legal authorization to work in Singapore.
Job requirement:
Minimum Diploma in accountancy, finance, business administration or legal studies/law from reputable educational institution such as NUS, NTU or SMU or equivalent;
Availability to work a minimum of 2 days per week, prefer 5 days per week;
Fluent in written and spoken English, ability to speak and read Chinese is a plus;
Necessary to work carefully and have a sense of responsibility;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong organization and administrative skills;
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
