Junior Analyst

Job Description:

. Support Commodities and Forex Trading Team.

. Collate pricing for the assigned commodities.

. Generate framework and live monitoring platform of trading summaries.

. Summarize the trading statements from London Metal Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange and Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and provide basic analysis on the reports and statements from the Exchanges.

. Assist with Cashflow Management (FX)

. Liaise with relevant parties on trading, banking, and brokerage transactions.

. Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

. Basic knowledge in statistics, currencies, derivatives and financial instruments.

. Possess and demonstrate interest in China, London and US markets.

. Able to speak/write in English and Mandarin (as need to liaise with clients from China counterpart who speak/write in Mandarin).

. Proficient in Microsoft Office is essential.

. Self -motivated and adapt fast paced in dynamic environment.
