Treasury Director

Our client is a leading Chinese technology and digital services company, providing IT products, solutions, and digital transformation services to enterprise and commercial customers. With an extensive nationwide distribution and partner network, the company works closely with leading global and domestic technology vendors and has been actively expanding its international presence, particularly across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview:

I'm currently supporting a leading Chinese technology company in hiring a Treasury Director based in Singapore.

This is a key regional role responsible for building and strengthening the company's overseas treasury capabilities, with Singapore serving as the treasury hub for Southeast Asia.

Key areas of focus include Singapore RTC setup, regional cash pooling & cross-border liquidity, overseas financing & banking relationships, and FX risk management across USD and Southeast Asian currencies.

We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in:

Singapore RTC / regional treasury centre setup

Cross-border cash pooling and liquidity management

Regional banking, credit facilities and financing
FX hedging and derivatives (Spot / Forward / Swap / Options)

Treasury operations across Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

1. Singapore Citizen, currently based in Singapore.
2. 5–8+ years of treasury experience, including at least 3 years in international, regional or multinational corporate treasury.
3. Strong experience in cross-border liquidity management, FX derivatives and international financing.
4. Solid relationships and hands-on experience working with international banks; familiar with banking structures and commercial negotiations
5. Hands-on FX experience across spot, forwards, swaps and/or options.
6. Experience in establishing or operating a Singapore RTC / regional cash pooling structure is highly preferred.
7. Good understanding of financial and regulatory environments across Southeast Asia.
8. Fluent English with the ability to operate effectively in an international business environment.
