Travel Plan Officer (Logistics Support)

Job Scope Summary:

Primary Role: Logistics Support for Fams

1. Types of Fams: Support various types of Fams, including Media Fams, Leisure Trade Fams, Filming Fams, and MICE Fams.

2. Logistical Arrangements: Provide logistical support for Fams, working with STB's ROs and various departments.

3. Financial Processes: Adhere to STB's finance processes and procurement guidelines, including cutting Purchase Orders and processing invoices.

Secondary Roles: Maintenance and Improvement of Fam Processes

1. Database and Report Updates: Regularly update relevant databases and reports, such as the Weekly Fams Report and Vendor Tracking Report.

2. Process Improvement: Identify pain points and issues with current processes and suggest improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

Job Requirements Summary:

1. Education: Minimally O Level Qualifications or equivalent.

2. Job Grade: Meet requirements commensurate with SO-level positions in the Singapore Government Service.

3. Experience: 1-2 years of relevant working experience in admin and logistics arrangements.

4. Language: Fluency in at least one language (English if monolingual).

5. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

6. Soft Skills: Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and communication skills, and perform in stressful environments.

7. Personal Qualities: Display integrity, good interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
