TRANSPORTATION MANAGER

• Job Description:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore transport and logistics market.
• Experience managing transport operations involving both owned and outsourced transport resources.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading managers, supervisors, or operational teams.
• Experience managing operational budgets, transport costs, and performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Oversee gallery sales activities and support the sales team.
• Maintain relationships with collectors, corporate clients .
• Monitor enquiries, quotations, reservations, invoicing and post-sale coordination.
• Support artwork presentations, client visits and private viewings.
• Provide regular sales updates to management.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely to ensure the security of goods and passengers
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of vehicles to support operational readiness
• Follow assigned schedules and routes accurately to meet delivery and transportation timelines
• Carry out additional driving-related duties as required to support team and company operations
