The Transportation Manager's responsible are:
- Oversee and support all transportation-related operations across business units
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and customer SOPs
- Investigate operational breaches, implement corrective actions, and manage critical compliance issues
- Manage subcontractors, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive service improvements
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, and oversee P&L performance
- Monitor operational standards to ensure service delivery meets stipulated KPIs
- Support Sales and other business functions in tenders and customer solutions
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to HSSE standards by staff and subcontractors
Job Requirements:
- Min 5 years of land transportation operations experience
