Job Title: Financial Controller

Job Summary

Weare seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller tooversee all aspects of financial management within the organization. TheFinancial Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance,budgeting, and internal controls, ensuring the company's financial health.He/She report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief OperatingOfficer to contribute to the financial strategy of the business and decision-makingprocess at Group level.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

  Oversee statutory reporting and disclosures in line with listed company requirements.

  ERP implementation.

  Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

  Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.

  Internal Controls & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems.

  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and stock exchange regulations.

  Oversee Enterprise Risk Management including identify and mitigate financial risks across the business

  Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity.

Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.

Communication and Relationship Management

• Manage relationship with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, continuing sponsor, regulatory agencies and financial institutions, to ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirement.
• C-suit stakeholder management including board meeting presentation, drafting board paper and provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and cross-functional teams to drive the operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or senior finance role in a listed company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and stock exchange compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
