Transport Coordinator

The incumbent will perform collaborating with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations.

Job Responsibilities

. Co-ordinate with, drivers, and internal teams on movement of shipments in accordance with delivery schedules. (Airport launching)

. Plan transportation routes.

. Prepare and maintain accurate transportation-related documentation.

. Optimize load consolidation to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transportation costs.

. Monitor on-time delivery, transit times and delivery accuracy.

- Monitor drivers delivery routes, and co-dinate with them on urgent deliveries

. Liaise with customers to provide shipment status updates.

Requirements

. Good to have 1-2 years of experience in fleet management and transportation coordination

. Candidates with related internship experience are welcome to apply

. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendor and drivers

. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment

. Class 3 driving license is mandatory
