Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers on requests such as ETA or redelivery.
  • Create orders on the in-house ERP system.
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure deliveries are timely and accurate.
  • Handle documentation for inbound goods and record into the system.
  • Prepare documentation for halal certificates and provide when necessary.
  • Perform monthly stocktake together with the warehouse team.
  • Carry out other ad hoc documentation and liaising work.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a work environment that has speaking and reading both English and Chinese in communications with internal and external persons.
