Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Logistics Support: Handle essential logistics documentation (e.g., data entry for Bills of Lading, invoices) and ensure files are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Financial Administration: Process accounts payable and receivable, verify freight bills, prepare customer invoices, and assist with basic monthly financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure administrative practices comply with company policies and assist with basic regulatory record-keeping.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams, including scheduling and correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
