This position supports the Business Development and Training teams to strategize and drive competency development of FA firms to ensure activation, productivity, and professionalism. It co-leads and develops a team of leaders, ensuring that they are motivated and competent to deliver business-driven training outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
The role supports the Head of Training in developing, driving, and delivering learning strategies, development pathways, and curriculum for current and future roles. It builds and strengthens rapport with FAs through routine and regular contact, communicating PIAS standards and expectations, resolving training and development concerns.
Additionally, the role manages training projects that drive company-wide strategic and digital initiatives across the channels. It engages with key stakeholders and leverages technology to derive data-driven insights and scale personalized training recommendations, supported by the Learning Management System. It collaborates with industry partners/associations to ensure PIAS's interest is represented and ensures best-in-class training by keeping up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technology. It champions and drives change.
