The Training & Development (T&D) Executive is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance across 50 outlets in a retail and pawnshop chain. This role focuses on equipping frontline staff with operational, customer service, compliance, and sales skills required to achieve business targets. The T&D Executive will work closely with the Training Manager to ensure alignment with company strategy and outlet needs.
1.Assist in Program Development & Delivery:
Assist in develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to retail and pawnshop operations.
Deliver induction/orientation programs for new hires.
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for outlet staff covering sales, service, compliance, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
2.Training Coordination:
Assist in scheduling training sessions and preparing training venues, materials, and equipment.
Ensure training attendance is recorded, and training files are properly maintained.
Coordinate with outlet managers on staff participation and follow-ups.
3.Monitoring & Feedback:
Collect feedback forms and maintain training evaluation records.
Observe and report staff performance during training for review by the Training Manager.
Support in preparing simple reports on training participation and completion rates.
4.Compliance & Standards Support:
Remind outlet staff of mandatory compliance training and ensure attendance.
Help maintain training content updates (printing manuals, uploading e-learning content, etc.).
5.General Support:
Handle administrative duties such as tracking training expenses, preparing slides, and compiling reports.
Provide clerical and logistical support to the Training Manager and Executives.
