Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Training Administrative Executive to support training operations and learning initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of training workshops, accurate data tracking, and maintaining up-to-date training records and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue booking, meeting invites, security clearance, material preparation, setup, and attendance tracking.
- Collect and consolidate post-training feedback from participants.
- Ensure training materials and roadmaps are updated on internal repositories and microsites.
- Prepare monthly management reports on training activities and attendance.
- Support registration and tracking for mandatory procurement-related courses.
- Maintain training-related data on SharePoint, including attendance records, run history, and workshop materials.
- Generate reports from SAP to monitor training attendance and compliance.
- Provide general administrative support for training and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, People Development, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in training coordination or HR support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and experience generating reports from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and strong team player with good communication skills.
