Due to expansion, we are looking for a Human Resource cum Administrative Executive. This role requires the incumbent to sit at the Office Reception and assume the reception duties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Human Resource:
- Coordinate job interviews
- Prepare employment contracts
- Work with polytechnics and universities to coordinate and hire interns
- Manage leave system
- Staff recreation and event management
- Staff training management and administration
- Manage HR related invoices
- Manage work passes
- HR Reports
- Employee handbook
- Human Resource Admin related work
Administrative:
- Ensure office cleaner perform general office cleanliness
- Attend to reception duties - manage walk in guests, customers and calls
- Manage administrative function related insurance
- Office maintenance - building, lift, equipments, stationeries, copier
- Manage administrative related invoices
- Office building facilities management
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years experience in Human Resource
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Pleasant and energetic
