Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Data & Administrative Executive to support the enhancement of our HR data quality standards and administrative operations. This role involves working closely with HR systems and datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness, while also contributing to routine HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of datasets across various HR systems to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or errors.
- Verify and update records to maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform data entry of rectified and validated information into relevant HR systems.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to clarify data requirements and apply appropriate data cleaning processes.
- Carry out regular data audits and quality checks to ensure continued compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as invoice processing and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in data handling, data cleaning, or HR operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in working with large datasets.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience using SAP-based HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) is an advantage.
