Job Summary:

As Trading Research Analyst you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on futures markets, analyzing high-frequency market data, and providing actionable insights to support trading decisions. You will track industry developments, prepare research reports, and contribute to formulating trading strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantitative or technical fields, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in commodities and futures markets. This position offers exposure to dynamic global markets, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative environment where research directly supports trading performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct futures market research and participate in trading activities for assigned commodities.
• Collect daily market and high-frequency data and make sound judgments on daily market trends.
• Perform futures market analysis, utilize financial software to gather and analyze data for specific commodities, and independently prepare monthly reports.
• Attend industry conferences as required to obtain the latest updates and make forward-looking judgments on futures price movements.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or above, preferably in science or engineering disciplines.
• Prior work or internship experience in industry research strong knowledge and understanding of commodities and futures experience in coal, power, metallurgy, or chemicals research will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, quick responsiveness, and passion for research work.
• Highly responsible, strong self-learning ability, integrity, and a proactive and diligent attitude.
