Position: Oil Trader

Job Overview:
As an Oil Trader, you will be responsible for buying and selling oil products in the global market. You will analyze market trends, monitor supply and demand, and make informed trading decisions to maximize profits for the company. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other traders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor global oil market trends and analyze supply and demand data to identify trading opportunities
Execute trades in a timely manner, while adhering to risk management policies and procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other traders in the industry
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and customers
Stay up-to-date with industry news, regulations, and geopolitical events that may impact the oil market
Collaborate with other traders and analysts to develop trading strategies and identify potential risks
Maintain accurate and detailed records of trades, market data, and financial transactions
Communicate market updates and trading strategies to senior management and other team members

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an oil trader in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong understanding of global oil market dynamics and trading strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to make quick and informed decisions under pressure
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in using trading software and market data analysis tools
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
Knowledge of risk management practices and policies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
