Trade Support Engineer - Quant Hedge Fund

Our client, a major Quantitative Hedge fund, is looking to hire an experienced Trade Support Engineer / Trade Ops Engineer to work alongside systematic Portfolio Managers and Traders and support pre and post-trade lifecycles.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the trade lifecycle, including pre and post-trade processes
• Resolve trade settlement issues promptly and efficiently
• Manage order flow
• C++ debugging
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and mid to back-office teams at the hedge fund
• Identify opportunities for workflow and system improvements, as well as automate daily tasks

Desirable Candidates:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Python, C++, Linux, SQL experience is necessary.
• Previous experience with FIX trading protocol is essential
• Possess a professional and team-oriented demeanor.
• SRE background is advantageous
