Work closely with trader in execution of trades, arranging shipments and managing cargo movements.
Oversee the entire physical cargo delivery process of clean petroleum products, from preshipment to post-shipment stages. Ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of cargoes.
Prepare and develop comprehensive Shipment Plans.
Manage contract administration, ensuring final contract with counterparties are in line with trade deals concluded and in compliance with the Company and Industry Standards.
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective coordination and ensure the successful execution of operational tasks.
Supervising the movement of funds and managing fund allocation, including incoming and outgoing funds through the maintenance of cash flow, prioritization of payments according to contractual agreements, and establishment of internal controls to deter fraud or inaccuracies.
Liaise closely with traders, trade support and finance team to ensure accuracy of P&L.
Oversee Onboarding and KYC of new Counterparties, including vessel and vessel's owner and ensure periodic due diligence reviews of existing counterparties are carried out on a timely manner.
Liaise closely with third party companies, including cargo and ship insurance provider, and banks, to perform another level of screening for AML, Sanctions checks, Negative Media, or PEP involvement.
Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by closely managing and supervising the team.
Requirements:
Diploma in business administration, accounting or related field
Minimum 2 years working experience in related industry
Experience in ship management/oil trading industry is highly preferable
