Trade Executive, Latin America Lines

Main Responsibilities:

As a key coordinator for the Latin America Lines, you will:

• Managing Asian Network: review and analyse weekly vessel profiles and performance from agents
• Process all quotation requests from your agents and handle pricing and local tender responses for defined services and areas in Asia.
• Perform competitive intelligence analysis, providing recommendations, and proactively gathering reliable market intelligence (rates/capacity adjustments) to stay informed of market changes.
• Assist the Trade Manager in managing overall commercial activities for your assigned services and geographic areas, aiming to maximize revenue, liftings, and profitability.
• Conduct expert marketing follow-ups for your area and compile market research and statistics, regularly communicating Key Performance Indicators to Line Management.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including international freight forwarders and agencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, or Transport with at least two years of experience in business or marketing activities, preferably in a shipping environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, including Vlookup and Pivot Table).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Organized, self-reliant, and a team-oriented mindset.
