RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HW NPI SQPM (Solution Qualification Project Manager) in managing ad-hoc hardware validations
• Assist in validation planning and coordination, including scope confirmation, test readiness checks, and schedule tracking
• Oversee day-to-day validation execution progress, working with internal engineering teams and external test labs/vendors
• Track validation issues, risks, and action items, and support follow-up closure
• Consolidate test data and results, and prepare validation status reports and final reports for SQPM review
• Maintain frequent communication with program SQPMs to ensure alignment on validation progress and priorities
• Support one primary program initially, with potential ramp-up to multiple NPI programs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in hardware NPI, system validation, reliability, quality, or related engineering roles
• Hands-on experience or exposure to hardware or software validation and testing activities
• Experience coordinating tests and tracking execution progress
• Familiar with test and issue tracking tools such as TestRail and Jira
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to work independently with guidance from program SQPMs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, program-driven environment
• Experience supporting multiple programs in parallel
• Prior experience working with external test labs or validation vendors
