Hiring: Test Manager – Cards Collection & Core Banking

Location: Singapore (Onsite)

Singapore Citizens / PR Preferred

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for experienced Test Managers with strong Banking domain expertise in either Cards Collection or Core Banking projects.

End-to-end Test Management (SIT, UAT, Regression & Production Validation)

Strong experience in Banking Transformation / Migration Projects

Expertise in Test Planning, Test Strategy, Defect Management & Stakeholder Reporting

Hands-on experience managing large-scale testing teams across multiple workstreams

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile delivery methodologies

Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, qTest or similar platforms

Ability to coordinate with Business, Technology, Vendors and Regional Stakeholders

Domain Expertise Required (Anyone)

Test Manager – Cards Collection :

• Strong experience in Credit Cards, Collections, Recoveries & Delinquency Management
• Exposure to Cards Lifecycle, Payment Processing and Collection Systems
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within Cards Operations

Test Manager – Core Banking :

• Strong experience in Core Banking platforms, Deposits, Loans, CASA, Payments and Customer Management
• Experience supporting Core Banking implementation, migration or transformation programs
• Good understanding of banking operations and end-to-end customer journeys
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
