Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Manager with strong banking domain expertise to lead and manage enterprise-level testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, test strategy, stakeholder management, and leading QA teams within banking or financial services environments.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in Selenium and Tosca, with proven experience managing end-to-end testing delivery across multiple banking applications and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall testing and quality assurance activities for banking projects and programs.
• Define test strategies, test plans, and automation roadmaps aligned with business and project objectives.
• Manage automation testing frameworks using Selenium and Tosca.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive automation adoption and improve testing efficiency across projects.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory and security standards.
• Lead and mentor QA and automation testing teams.
• Prepare test metrics, dashboards, and status reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate release testing and production deployment validation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within QA processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Test Management or QA Lead role.
• Strong banking or financial services industry experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with:Selenium Automation FrameworkTricentis ToscaAPI TestingTest Management Tools (JIRA, ALM, qTest, etc.)
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of:Test Automation StrategySDLC / STLCCI/CD processesDefect Management
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise or banking transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing streams and timelines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with major banks or financial institutions.
• Certifications such as:ISTQBTosca CertificationAgile / Scrum Certification
• Exposure to DevOps and cloud environments is an advantage.
