Test Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing for banking applications and digital platforms.

• Define test strategy, test plans, and governance aligned with project delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure smooth testing cycles.

• Manage test teams, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure quality deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory, security, and risk standards.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-5 years in a Test Manager role.

• Strong experience managing testing in the banking or financial services industry.

• Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT coordination, test planning, and defect management.

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail) is preferred.
