Domain Experience
- Must have experience in the Banking or FinTech domain.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience working as a QA Test Manager within Agile/Scrum teams; experience in a DevOps setup is a strong plus.
- Lead and support all testing initiatives of an agile team, from development to acceptance testing.
- Drive all quality aspects across the software development lifecycle, including story refinement, design, testing, release, and post-release validation.
- Develop test plans, strategies, and test cases based on business and non-functional requirements.
- Possess good knowledge of Jira; basic knowledge of XRAY is a plus.
- Automate identified test cases using Selenium with Java and the TestNG framework.
- Validate system integrations through REST API testing, with a clear understanding of request/response flows, error handling, and data consistency.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
Professional Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Test Manager.
- Good knowledge of JIRA; XRAY knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with REST API testing.
- Willingness to perform manual testing as needed, including periods where manual testing may be the primary responsibility.
- Solid understanding of e-banking, payments, or trading systems is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab (preferred) and Jenkins.
- Development experience with hands-on expertise in Spring Boot or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies, and security scans.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
