About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing delivery for Temenos T24 Core Banking implementations within the Private Banking domain, with a focus on TBH modules.
This role will lead test strategy, automation initiatives, and overall QA delivery across large-scale transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the test strategy, scope, and execution plan for T24 programmes
- Lead and mentor QA teams across:Functional testingRegression testingAutomation testingNon-functional testing (NFR)
- Manage test environments, test data, and release cycles
- Oversee integration testing, COB testing, and client output validation
- Drive defect lifecycle management, including triage and resolution tracking
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Developers to improve upstream quality
- Provide regular status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of QA/testing experience, with strong exposure to Temenos T24
- Proven experience as a Test Lead in Private Banking projects
- Strong knowledge of TBH modules
- Experience in:T24 integration testingCOB cyclesSWIFT message testingRegulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of financial accounting across asset classes
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe)
- Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and DevOps practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
