Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product andsystem requirements.
• Perform functional, integration,regression, stress, performance, reliability, and boundary testing.
• Validate firmware functionality across different hardware configurations and operating conditions.
• Debug hardware and firmware issues using schematics, datasheets, logs, traces, and measurement data.
• Maintain test documentation, test reports, validation records, and automated test results.
• Support product qualification, design verification, manufacturing testing, and production release activities.

Requirements &Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline.
• 1+years of proven experience in hardware/firmware design, integration, prototyping, and testing.
• Entry Level is welcome.
• Practical workshop skills (e.g., fine-pitch soldering, laboratory equipment usage).
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, including functional, integration, stress, and performance testing for precision instruments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and present technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
