Test Engineer/Performance Test Analyst

Job Description:

• Plan, script, and execute performance tests using Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Analyze system behavior under load and identify bottlenecks, performance degradations, and capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with the functional test team to align test coverage and timelines.
• Coordinate test execution activities with the offshore TCoE and ensure timely issue triaging and resolution.
• Provide performance test results, dashboards, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Work within an agile and collaborative environment, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Tricentis NeoLoad or equivalent performance testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and recommend tuning strategies.
• Comfortable working across global teams, including remote and offshore resources.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills - able to work independently while contributing to group success.
• A proactive, adaptable attitude and an eagerness to grow in a collaborative, evolving tech landscape.
