Test Engineer (Manager)

Location: Tampines

Salary: up to 7K

Responsibilities:

. Manage and lead the Test Engineering team to conduct all activities related to Server & Rack products

. Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to implement and maintain the test program.

. Provide technical guidance on process improvements and the introduction of new projects for stakeholders.

. Assist operations in solving and improving production-related technical or process issues.

. Conduct training for team members to enhance their skills.

. Actively participate in Kaizen activities

. Engage in ISO and RBA-related activities

. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline
. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment
. Knowledge of SAP & Linux
. Good understanding of testing methods and concepts
. Knowledge of programming and debugging skills
. Proven experience in tracking and analyzing online and offline issues to develop improved testing strategies and implement measures for enhancing product quality.
