UFT One / Playwright Test Automation Engineer

·      Experience: Relevant Test Automation Experience

·      We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in UFT One and Playwright.

·      Act as the UFT One SME, providing technical support and guidance to QA and automation teams.

·      Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and patch UFT One as required.

·      Liaise with OpenText Support to troubleshoot and resolve UFT One tool-related technical issues.

·      Design, develop, execute, and maintain test automation scripts using UFT One.

·      Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web application testing.

·      Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

·      Collaborate with QA, development, and application teams to improve test coverage and automation quality.

·      Maintain automation frameworks, reusable components, test scripts, and relevant technical documentation.

·      Strong understanding of test automation, debugging, QA processes, and automation best practices with excellent communication skills.
